1. You must manually provide the training text as a Word document for us to program the bot (you cannot upload this yourself)
2. There is a text training limit of <= 150,000 characters per chatbot purchased
3. No admin interface, you receive an embed code to place on your website and it just works.
4. We can update the training data once per quarter at no additional charge to you. If you require urgent updates we may charge nominal fee of $2.50 per update
