1. You hereby agree that these terms of services may be updated without notice.

2. You hereby agree and waive any rights to hold RCLOUDSYSTEMS, it's owners and workers responsible for any damages or losses or any negative outcome incurred from the use of software or services provided. While we try our best to provide software and services free of bugs, we cannot guarantee that errors may not occur. This is the reason for this term of service.

3. You hereby agree that refunds will only be offered after sufficient effort and attempt has been made to get our software or services running properly. Only if the software or service does not provide feature(s) advertised will refunds be done. If you have issues, you can purchase support time which will allow us to install the software for you if need be.

4. You hereby agree that in cases where a product or service has been ordered, refunds may be a partial of the total paid if RCLOUDSYSTEMS purchased resources from other providers to service your order.

5. You hereby agree that in the event that you have an issue with the software(s) or service(s) purchased, that you use our support email (support@rcloudsystems) AND support system first so that we may provide a solution to the issue(s) you may be facing. Failure to follow this process may result in termination of software or service and possible permanent blocks from purchasing our software and service in the future.

6. You hereby agree not to abuse, hack, decompile, publish our software or services or wrongfully use our software or services for any illegal purpose(s).

7. You hereby agree that providing  invalid or short term emails / temporary email addresses in which we cannot contact you regarding updates to your product may result in early termination of your service without refund.

These terms of service are to ensure that we (RCLOUDSYSTEMS) continue to exist to service our satisfied customers as best as we can and abuse of our controls results in degraded service for our genuine customers.
